Party Promises is a Pennsylvania based business developed to service and support families and those engaging in the life and development of children. Party Promises mission is to be the authority for all children and youth events.
We service the Greater Philadelphia area. We provide solutions for your youth oriented events and kids parties. Party supplies are also available through our online store. Party Promises is also distributor of custom photo cookie favors and custom photo sports balls. Rental items* can also be obtained through Party Promises for any upcoming event.

Doing Business with Party Promises...
An initial 30 minute consultation is complimentary; additional consultation is available at an hourly rate. To secure Party Promises for a kids party or event coordination, a 50% deposit of event retainer is due upon scheduling. it is recommended you contact Party Promises at least 30 days prior to your desired event date for any services or products. The following forms of payment are acceptable: Cash, Money Order, Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) and PayPal. Checks are only acceptable from business, or non-profit organizations.

President/CEO and Founder
Cynthia is a serial entrepreneur originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a proud graduate of the Philadelphia High School for Girls and the University of Maryland. Cynthia brings 10 plus years of client servicing, project management and workflow processing improvement at a Fortune 500 company to her current entrepreneurial pursuits; as well as the experience of previously owned businesses, TimeOasis, Inc & Cindy's Concessions.
Throughout the past 15 years, Cynthia has been an active youth mentor within her church's youth ministry, engaging as an assistant basketball coach, recreation chair, coordinator of several youth events and instrumentalist in the music ministry. As a wife and mother of two school age children, she can see an event through their eyes and best service Party Promises' clients.
Cynthia is also an active member of Toastmasters International where she plans and coordinates a number of activities and events.
